West Kauai Hongwanji Mission presents Buddhism and Minyou ~Bon Dance Ver.~ featuring Anju Madoka! On Saturday, March 26, 2022 from 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (HST) via Zoom. Registration is free, but registration is required. The maximum capacity is 100 people, first come first serve basis. We will e-mail you a Zoom link three days prior to the seminar.

Anju Madoka is a Japanese Traditional Folk Singer and Shamisen Player. Born and raised in Osaka Japan, Anju’s first stage performance of Japanese folk song was at the young age of two and a half years old. Anju has been training under the guidance of her mother, Madoka Shouju, the current head of the Madoka no Kai Japanese folk song school. As the future successor of Madoka no Kai, Anju has received her stage name and instructs students in Hawaii and Japan.
